After phase 1 of the removal is complete, the next steps will be to schedule a timeline for monthly follow-up visits during the growing season to ensure no new growth can establish. The monthly fee is calculated by your Project Superintendent and is typically less than 10% of the initial cost of removal (phase 1).

After you have completed the estimated seasonal follow up treatments as prescribed, your Project Superintendent will determine whether the targeted species has been successfully eradicated or if further treatment is necessary. At this point your 1 year limited warranty will begin. 

Your 1-year limited warranty covers all costs of labor and materials for work necessary to control the targeted species within the service area after it has been determined to be successfully eradicated and all prescribed treatments have taken place. This covers you under the circumstances where dormant roots or seeds have propagated within the service area for reasons beyond your control.  

If, after the follow-up assessment and treatments, the targeted plant species is still present for reasons beyond our control it will be at the discretion of the Arborist or Project Superintendent to delay service or void warranty. Any of the above options may satisfy the warranty in full. No other implied warranties may be upheld.
